Are you the person we're looking for?

We are seeking a highly organized and results- driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our B2B integrated marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who is ready to take on more responsibility to support strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, field marketing and brand to ensure cohesive cross-functional teams to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B integrated marketing campaigns (email, digital, content syndication, events etc.), including coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors.
  • Assist with the creation, development, and deployment of emails using Knack, including UTM code creation and management. Support tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support planning and logistics for proprietary, industry and internal event initiatives, including the use of event management platform, (Splash) lead uploads and post-event reporting.
  • Support regional Field Marketing teams in the execution of lead generation strategies (gated content, proprietary events, webinars, etc.)
  • Support broader marketing team by assisting with marketing calendars, project timelines, and asset library management; provide PowerPoint support, and other marketing needs; maintain RQ/PO process including follow ups and tracking.
  • Manage sourcing, ideation, approvals, and re-orders for swag and inventory globally.
  • Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects as required.

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Experience with coordinating with external creative agencies and vendors.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders—ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pro-active self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
