POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Team Lead, Client Support you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Client Support Coordinators, a vital contributor to the region’s overall operational performance and success. You will be a resource person for employees located in Edmonton, Grand Prairie, Red Deer and Fort McMurray.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Managing a team of Client Support Coordinators whose primary role is to support the Account Manager, provide administrative support, enable business development initiatives, and provide an excellent client experience;

  • Hiring, developing and training Client Support Coordinators by recognizing talent and providing coaching and mentorship to support them in achieving their career and professional growth objectives;

  • Collaborating with internal partners from various departments to continuously provide optimal support to stakeholders while managing the impacted change within the CSC team;

  • Working closely with the Vice President and Business Centre Managers on the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic and operational plans while ensuring alignment with regional and national objectives and direction;

  • Working closely with the Vice-President to review the area’s performance and long and short term priorities and needs by providing reports, scheduling and planning leadership meetings, reviewing budgets and expenses, and organizing area events;

  • Managing and providing support to business centers within area with facilities related activities and premises maintenance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Do you have a college diploma or a bachelor's degree in business administration or in any field deemed equivalent?

  • You have more than 5 years of experience (client facing and/or client support and/or team leadership)?

  • Do you stand out for your collaboration and your ability to influence multiple stakeholders?

  • Are you recognized by your peers for your attention to detail and organization?

  • You have a deep understanding of CLICS and other BDC utilized applications?

  • You have excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced Web skills?

  • You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required
