Envision Yourself At Barracuda
The Global Partner Programs and Portal Manager will support the development, enhancement, and execution of Barracuda’s global partner program, with the goals of increasing partner productivity, improving partner satisfaction, and reducing partner churn. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with teams across regions and business units, as well as an understanding of industry trends affecting technology vendor partner ecosystems.
Reporting to the Principal, Global Partner Programs & Partner Experience, this role will help design and operationalize best‑in‑class partner experience initiatives that increase engagement with Barracuda and positively impact partner-generated revenue. This role will also play a key part in managing Barracuda’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform to ensure partners have a seamless, intuitive, and effective experience with Barracuda’s automation tools and resources.
What you’ll be working on
- Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of Barracuda’s global partner program, ensuring alignment with business and channel priorities.
- Implement partner engagement initiatives that drive partner productivity, partner growth, and partner satisfaction.
- Manage day‑to‑day business ownership of Barracuda’s PRM platform, including configuration updates, content changes, workflow improvements, usage analytics, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Support partner onboarding, communications, and events, and assist in coordinating Partner Advisory Board meetings and related follow‑up actions.
- Track and analyze partner program and PRM performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, inform decision‑making, and help measure ROI for channel activities.
- Collaborate with global channel teams, channel marketing, sales, operations, and other stakeholders to build and share specific partner engagement and partner productivity best practices and help scale and replicate those globally.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner or distribution management roles, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of partner program management, business development, and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner programs.
- Experience with PRM and CRM platforms (e.g., Impartner, Salesforce) preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and measure program success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and partners.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $98,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
