The Senior Analyst will drive insights that power B2B growth strategies, focusing on pipeline health, customer lifecycle, and revenue optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, and the ability to partner with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams to influence strategic decisions.
Tech Stack:
  • Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with GTM metrics, ARR analysis, and subscription economics.
What you’ll be working on
  • Analyze B2B funnel metrics (Leads -> Opportunities -> Closed Won) and identify conversion drivers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for functional teams using Power BI.
  • Automate recurring reports for leadership and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
  • Provide actionable insights for pipeline acceleration and retention strategies.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives like Copilot agents for sales and churn prediction.
  • Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge repositories.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in analytics with strong exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise sales data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred –
  • Experience with Databricks, Copilot Studio, and AI/ML for predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement analytics, marketing attribution, and pipeline forecasting.
