Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Agile Product Portfolio Manager and help shape the future of our product operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence across agile product development.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Portfolio Operations Leadership
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to streamline intake and prioritization of strategic initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of tools, design of processes, and delivery of training to ensure transparency and consistency across the portfolio.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by supporting benefit quantification, feature sequencing, and prioritization.
Agile Excellence
- Spearhead cross-functional efforts to build scalable, agile-friendly operational processes.
- Facilitate core product operations rituals such as roadmap planning, backlog grooming, prioritization workshops, and feature refinement sessions.
- Champion continuous improvement by empowering scrum teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own reporting and analytics for Product Management, including Voice of Customer (VOC), operational KPIs, and delivery metrics using platforms like Productboard.
- Serve as the go-to partner for cross-functional analytics, delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor performance trends, uncover bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to evaluate and enhance product requirements and feature quality.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar roles within tech or software organizations.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Productboard, Jira, Confluence).
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience facilitating agile practices.
- Scrum Master experience is a plus.
- Background in SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise software environments is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $138,000 – $186,000 annually
- Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus

Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location. Bonus eligibility is tied to both individual and company performance.
