Job Description

Responsible for the execution of business analysis which collectively support an area or discipline within an organizational unit. Responsibilities include the following: the execution of complex business analysis, including completeness, applicability, and timeliness; contributions to the business processes, including bringing to closure the business issues that are within the scope of the assignment and following up on all activities to ensure completion; collaboration with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs; and participation in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action. Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard tasks/queries. Incumbent is aware of internal/external business issues and best practices; applies to own role. Manages own and reporting employees time to meet agreed upon targets; develops plans for specific work activities in own area over the short term, including forecasting resource requirements. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse of moderately complex problems.
