About the Opportunity

The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive brand presence, generate leads, and support sales efforts in designated territories. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external partners.

About the Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Field Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans tailored to specific regions or markets, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and manage local events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Oversee logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure successful execution.
• Local Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
• Collaboration with Sales Teams/and alliance partners : Work closely with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, provide support, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop and adapt localized marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Ensure that all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate key messages.
• Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget for designated regions. Track expenses, optimize spending, and report on ROI.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of field marketing activities. Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and key stakeholders. Leverage these relationships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Strong understanding of PR social and Digital Marketing mediums, should have worked upon ABM Strategies

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years in Enterprise Marketing space.
• Skills:
o Strong project management and organizational skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
o Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms)
• Attributes:
o Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
o Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
o Creative problem-solver with strong strategic thinking
