This role is ideal for someone who knows the paper industry, enjoys being on-site, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service while growing business relationships. You’ll be the go-to expert for your territory—no micromanaging, no cubicle prison.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong customer relationships through goal-oriented sales and service calls
- Manage assigned accounts, including inventory, AR, and resource coordination
- Support machine crews with installation and removal of paper machine clothing
- Collect and analyze fabric life and performance data
- Maintain detailed machine drawings, technical documentation, and service plans
- Stay safety-certified at customer mill sites
- Submit call and expense reports (yes, the necessary evil)
What You’ll Need
- Experience in the paper industry and with paper machines
- Willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Strong time management, independence, and computer skills
The Physical Side
- Will require working in hot, humid mill environments
- Walking on slippery surfaces
- Climbing ladders and stairs while carrying equipment
- Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
