HR MANAGER
TASKS:
•Oversees the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and
benefits administration.
•Together with the HR Director, handles employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and
performance management.
•Responsible for the Belgian payroll & payroll processes.
•Ensuring the application of social legislation.
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process.
•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
•HR controlling and data analysis.
PROFILE:
Education/Experience:
•Degree in Human Resources or related field.
•Proven working experience as HR Officer.
•Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
