Are you experienced with Paper Machines? We’re hiring a PMC Sales and Service Rep in the WI/ MI area! This position is great for someone with experience in the paper industry and with paper machines. You’ll focus on providing world class service to customers while expanding sales in your area.

The Sales and Service Rep will be responsible for:

• Making goal-oriented sales/service calls at every assigned account in the territory (this may include four or more hours in the company car).
• Managing all business aspects of the assigned accounts including inventory control, accounts receivable management, and coordination of resources.
• Assist machine crews with removal and installation of paper machine clothing. Conditions of installations vary based on machines, sections and positions.
• Collect and document fabric life and performance data.
• Develop and maintain detailed machine drawings and technical information, Customer Goals and Objectives, Trial Evaluation Plans, Mill Special Technical Service Plans, and Value Analyses.
• Maintaining active safety certification at all customer mill sites to insure access upon request.

• Submitting call reports, expense reports.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel 50% or more to customer sites.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to successfully work with minimal supervision; good time management; proficient computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to utilize paper industry experience, analytical tools, and fabric evaluation tools to evaluate and support paper machine clothing and paper machine problems.
• Will require walking on slippery surfaces, working in high heat and moisture conditions, climbing vertical ladders and climbing catwalk stairs while carrying equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time.
