We’re hiring a Sr. Sales Manager in Nonwovens! As a Sr. Sales Manager you will work with current customers to ensure their satisfaction with the AstenJohnson Nonwoven's products and develop new customers to grow sales. This role also offers the ability to work remote, autonomy and growth.

The Sr. Sales Manager will:
- Manage account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Understanding prospective customers' pain points and needs; recommending the solution for them
- Answering questions and concerns about the product
- Building relationships and trust so it's a positive experience
- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets
- Assist with the planning of sales exhibits and attend trade shows
- Support production planning, including product sales forecasts and inventory control
- Lead and direct support team and appropriate departments in the implementation of sales and product strategy
- Participate in sales budgeting and planning, establishing sales goals and quotas- as necessary
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel 50%+ or more to customer sites.
- Nonwovens industry knowledge
- 7+ years' experience in field sales
- A process thinker seeking productivity and exceptional service
- Strong leadership skills and initiative
- Skilled negotiator and problem solver
- Team player with a professional, positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office
