What will your job look like?
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Operations
- Handle incoming checks, including signing, mailing, and depositing.
- Maintain check log and ensure accurate recording of deposits.
- Legal Support
- Coordinate sign-off procedures with relevant stakeholders for legal documents.
- Arrange courier services to ensure timely delivery of legal documents.
- Provide notary support as needed for official documentation.
- Sort incoming mail daily and ensure proper distribution.
- Log mail items into the tracking system for documentation and follow-up.
- Handle printing, scanning, and document preparation for legal processes.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance operations or administrative support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial systems and document handling processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
