What will your job look like?

You'll own product strategy and execution for MarketONE, our B2B SaaS marketplace connecting content providers with enterprise resellers (telcos, banks, retailers). This role demands both strategic thinking and execution excellence—you'll validate before you build, then ship with velocity.

How You'll Work

This isn't a requirements-gathering role. You'll operate with high agency and modern product practices:

Discovery & Validation

  • Build rapid prototypes and test directly with customers before development begins—you'll use generative AI to accelerate from concept to testable artifact
  • De-risk early by validating three dimensions: Is it desirable (customers want it)? Viable (business can sustain it)? Feasible (engineering can build it)?
  • Combine data with customer empathy—use analytics and synthesis to make high-quality decisions even when data is sparse
  • Focus on outcomes over outputs: measure success by business KPIs (adoption, revenue impact), not feature count

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive product roadmap and investment decisions, building compelling business cases that align to company objectives
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality products through agile delivery
  • Navigate ambiguity with resourcefulness—when you hit roadblocks, you coordinate across functions and find the path forward
  • Prioritize ruthlessly: focus on high-leverage strategy work, using AI assistants to automate documentation and administrative overhead

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarketONE's marketplace capabilities
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence, with deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
  • Secure product investment by translating market opportunities into executable product plans

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define requirements and prioritize development
  • Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, customers, and external partners
  • Drive agile processes using Jira and Confluence to maintain delivery velocity

Go-to-Market & Growth

  • Define product readiness plans ensuring the business can sell, deliver, and support effectively
  • Act as product specialist supporting sales, particularly for complex enterprise deals
  • Partner with customer success to drive adoption and measure satisfaction
  • Define and track KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadership

All you need is...

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management with a track record of shipping successful products
  • High agency: Demonstrated ability to drive results in ambiguous, complex environments without constant supervision
  • Marketplace expertise: Solid understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (supply/demand balance, network effects, platform strategies)
  • Customer obsession: Deep empathy for user needs combined with strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
  • AI-forward mindset: Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation, prototyping, or analysis—you see AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty
  • Technical fluency: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering on architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations

Background

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and SaaS integration patterns
  • Track record supporting GTM activities and pre-sales for enterprise products

Bonus Points

  • Experience launching or scaling marketplace products
  • Background in telco, media, or subscription commerce
  • Comfort with data analysis and creating business models
