We are seeking a System Analyst with 3–4 years of overall professional experience, including 1–2 years of hands-on expertise in the Learning domain, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of our learning systems.
What will your job look like?
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to learning systems.
- Configure, maintain, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module and related applications.
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities, recommending effective solutions.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of learning systems with other HR modules.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and industry best practices to ensure continuous enhancement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of total professional experience in system analysis, configuration, or support.
- 1–2 years of experience in the Learning domain, with a strong preference for SuccessFactors Learning Module.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, learning management workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Recruiting, Employee Central).
- Knowledge of integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware).
- Exposure to reporting tools and analytics in SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
