In one sentence

We are seeking a System Analyst with 3–4 years of overall professional experience, including 1–2 years of hands-on expertise in the Learning domain, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of our learning systems.

What will your job look like?

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to learning systems.
• Configure, maintain, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module and related applications.
• Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities, recommending effective solutions.
• Partner with HR, L&D, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of learning systems with other HR modules.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
• Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and industry best practices to ensure continuous enhancement

All you need is...

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3–4 years of total professional experience in system analysis, configuration, or support.
• 1–2 years of experience in the Learning domain, with a strong preference for SuccessFactors Learning Module.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, learning management workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Recruiting, Employee Central).
• Knowledge of integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware).
• Exposure to reporting tools and analytics in SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
