We are looking for a talented UX/UI Specialist who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You should be able to understand users’ needs, align them with business goals, and translate insights into smart, creative, and scalable design solutions

What will your job look like?

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable design insights following UX best practices.
• Create UX/UI deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Present and explain design concepts and guiding principles to stakeholders.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews and benchmarking, to inform design decisions.
• Integrate research findings into user-centric design solutions.

All you need is...

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Academic background in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and responsible with the ability to manage your own workflow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Solid experience with Figma and design systems.
• Good understanding of Nielsen Norman usability heuristics.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and experience in accessibility.
• Experience in the Telecom industry.
• Background in complex, web-based systems and user-centric solutions.
• Interest or experience in UX Research.
• Familiarity with development integration tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
