In one sentence

We are evaluating the creation of a new leadership position in the region: Senior FP&A Manager, with a strategic and analytical profile and strong leadership skills. This role will be essential to serve as a business partner, supporting critical decisions and ensuring excellence in financial processes. The professional will interface directly with Finance Directors and VPs, being responsible for consolidating information from all divisions and coordinating relations with the Corporate team.

What will your job look like?

• You will prepare the complete P&L for the company/division (actual and projected, both external and internal).
• You will contribute in the determining the company's/unit's long term strategy (Mid Term process).
• You will perform monthly closing activities, ensuring system accuracy, coordinating processing with other finance units, generating reports, etc.
• You will provide relevant key stakeholders with main takeaways and recommendations.
• You will play a major role in the activities relevant to the closing of quarters.
• You will support target setting and guidelines to ensure compliance.
• You will provide the team with vision, clear expectations and targets as well as providing professional support.

All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting
• Fluent English proficiency
• Professional accountant – advantage
• 8-12 years’ experience in financial analysis roles
• Managerial and matrix experience
• Extensive experience in budget control, analysis and models
• Experience working with senior leadership
• Knowledge in SAP and Advanced Excel
