What will your job look like?

● Build and maintain integrated plans (scope, milestones, dependencies) and weekly operating cadence.
● Drive change management: stakeholder alignment, comms, and acceptance gates (readiness → first value → stabilize → scale).
● Coordinate access/SSO, licenses/quotas, onboarding packages, training slots, and hyper-care with CoE, IT, Security, Legal, and vendors.
● Run RAID rigor; escalate with options/impacts; close cross-team blockers fast.
● Partner with Program Analyst on dashboards and QBR packs (adoption, quality, cost-per-assisted-outcome).
● Collect/track governance evidence with AI GRC (DPIA/TRA, bias/red-team results, policy attestations) per gate.
● Track budget and license utilization; recommend seat tiering and usage hygiene.
● Convert lessons into reusable playbooks, runbooks, and checklists to reduce variance across teams.

All you need is...

● 8–10 years program/project management in tech/enterprise with multi-team rollouts.

● Strong change-management and stakeholder skills; crisp written status and executive communication.
● Working knowledge of GenAI adoption (IDE assistants/LLM platforms, quotas/guardrails) and basic GRC concepts.
● Proven RAID discipline, vendor/SI coordination, and familiarity with budget/forecast tracking.
● Tools: Jira/Confluence, Excel/Sheets; BI exposure (Power BI/Looker/Tableau). Telecom/large-scale software background is a plus.
