In one sentence

We are looking for a skilled AWS Cloud Expert with a strong development orientation to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based applications and infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will integrate software development best practices with cloud architecture to optimize application performance and scalability in the cloud.

What will your job look like?

• Develop serverless, event driven and state machine automations using Python.
• Integrate automations using API GW.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub repository and Jenkins.
• Manage artifact repositories and dependencies with tools like Nexus.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security best practices and operational monitoring.
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud architectures using AWS services such Lambda and CloudFormation.
• Design and deploy using security best practices and compliance standards to cloud environments.
• Continuously improve deployment processes, automate workflows, and support DevOps culture across teams.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated on the latest AWS services and features, recommending improvements and innovation.
• Assist with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline automation and DevOps practices.

All you need is...

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development and DevOps with AWS services.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in software development with a focus on AWS cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of AWS core services
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud security, network concepts, and infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-have:

• AWS Certification (such as AWS Certified Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS DevOps Engineer).
• Experience in serverless application development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI/ML cloud services and technologies is a plus.
