We are seeking a Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or finance reporting. You will play a key role in transforming raw financial data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across global finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, and improving reporting processes, while developing a strong foundation in finance transformation. You will collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders, contribute to automation pilots, and gain exposure to advanced tools like Tableau, SAP, and Snowflake.

What will your job look like?

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for global finance reporting.
• Assist in integrating data from SAP, Snowflake, Excel.
• Support requirement gathering and documentation.
• Contribute to automation pilots (e.g., ticketing, SLA visibility).
• Ensure deliverables meet finance KPIs.

All you need is...

All You Need

• 1–3 years in data/finance/BI analysis.
• Strong Tableau skills (dashboards, visualizations).
• Good Excel knowledge.
• Solid understanding of reporting and finance cycles.

Nice-to-Have

• SQL/ETL tools (Dataiku, PowerQuery).
• Exposure to SAP Finance systems.
• Basic Python scripting.
• Interest in automation and AI tools.
