In one sentence

As a System Analyst, you will be the connection between business needs and technical solutions. You will take part in shaping and delivering smart system configurations that match client expectations and drive project success. Your work will span across requirement gathering, system analysis, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

What will your job look like?

• Gathering and analyzing system requirements based on customer needs and solution definitions.
• Recommending configurations that optimize software capabilities and reduce the need for custom development.
• Preparing technical documentation and specifications during the build phase of a project.
• Configuring the system using relevant tools and applications (such as OMS APM, EPC, ERP systems, or CRM Admin).
• Evaluating cross-application dependencies and assessing their impact on the overall solution.
• Supporting the estimation process for configuration efforts.
• Creating and maintaining test plans as required.
• Assisting with the preparation of training materials for both functional and technical users.
• Supporting the resolution of issues related to configuration or implementation.
• Providing configuration support throughout development, testing, and post-production stages.
  
  

All you need is...

• Experience with system configuration – Amdocs products or similar industry tools are a plus.
• Hands-on experience in system migration, including at least one Amdocs product.
• Solid understanding of Amdocs billing systems.
• Background in implementing enterprise solutions like SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or JAM.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A curious mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
