As a Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, upgrade, configuration, and administration of SA product lines, troubleshooting complex data flows, and managing multiple tasks under pressure.

What will your job look like?

• Install, upgrade, configure, and administer SA product lines.
• Understand complex data flows and troubleshoot multi-module systems.
• Interact well with others, maintain high attentiveness, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Be willing to travel as needed.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support customer production systems.
• Continue support from day one of the project, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support multiple systems in a delivery environment at Amdocs.

• Experience working with customer production systems.
• Ability to work with both customer-side and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in system building and ongoing support.
• High attentiveness and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of Unix (Bash/Ksh/tcsh) and script writing.
• Database knowledge, with an advantage for Oracle and Hadoop Big Data.
• Networking skills including SNMP, Telnet, IP, Corba, SSH, HTTP/S, RES.
• System integration experience with WebLogic, SAP Business Objects, Apache, Kafka, Zookeeper.
• Training instructor capabilities, hardware understanding, system tuning, DBA, and Sys Admin experience.
  
  

Advantage

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Private Clouds).
• Optional skills: Python, Ansible, Grafana, Telegraph, Prometheus, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Jira, containerization architectures.
• Clustering experience with Veritas, Rhel Cluster, HP, or any other.
• Academic background in Computer Science or similar.
