The People Relations Partner is a key business partner within a specific business unit (or region, in the case of Regional HR Manager), responsible for implementing the HR strategy and best practices to support business goals. The PRP is responsible for the implementation of HR processes based on the HR calendar and provides consultancy to managers in HR related issues.
What will your job look like?
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the management team on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and organizational change.
- Act as the focal point for employees seeking HR consultation, ensuring a positive and supportive employee experience.
- Manage employee relations cases, HR consultations, and lifecycle processes through ticketing systems and case management tools.
- Educate and guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and support a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand and address HR needs effectively.
- Provide expert advice on employee experience issues and handle special employee requests with discretion and care.
- Conduct organizational analysis and support the implementation of change initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and execute internal communication and change management plans.
- Lead and manage region-specific HR initiatives, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for local HR practices and compliance.
All you need is...
- Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science or equivalent - must.
- Master degree in Human resource - preferable.
- Bilingual in local country language and English.
- 5+ years relevant HR work experience preferably in a global/international service/ environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, organizational development, and HR operations.
- Experience with case management systems and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to consult with business leaders across diverse geographical regions.
- Demonstrated experience working in dynamic, multicultural environments.
