What will your job look like?

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with key stakeholders to drive the success of operational plans and business programs, ensuring the unit runs smoothly and meets its commitments.
  • Add Value: Act as a sounding board for business issues, enhancing leadership and operational discussions with your insights.
  • Budget Mastery: Lead the budget process, defining strategy, objectives, detailed plans, and KPIs, while coordinating with various functions.
  • Problem Solver: Interface across functions to identify and resolve unique business issues, leveraging your understanding of strategic priorities.
  • Project Leader: Execute special projects, task forces, and business improvement initiatives as requested by senior management.
  • Liaison: Ensure uniform and streamlined processes across the unit by acting as the bridge between different functions.
  • Data Analyst: Compile information from various sources to provide comprehensive reports and analyses.
  • Communicator: Foster effective communication within and between functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize your excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills and embrace AI tools to enhance your work.

All you need is...

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; AA degree also considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in fields like project management, finance, planning, and control management will provide you with the background needed to succeed.
