In one Sentence

As the Regional Sales Leader, responsible for all the Americas territory (CALA & NA), leading a remote team of Sales Directors in Brazil, Peru, Argentina, the US, and Canada. You will set the sales vision, strategy, and direction for the Amdocs Business Services offering, collaborating the regional CBEs.

What will your job look like!

  • Establish the vision, a growth-minded strategy, and clear direction -- A collaboration with senior sales and business development leaders. Develop and implement a cohesive sales plan while collaboratively partnering with global multi-cultural teams to realize the vision. Demonstrate a clear corporate strategy and investment direction to drive the Business Unit's sales plan.
  • Build a growth-focused mentality by communicating the sales strategy to all sales partners, establishing elite sales processes and programs, and motivating the team to achieve division goals.
  • Achieve Business Objectives -- Based on the division's sales strategy, set business objectives and sales targets, and prioritize resources to ensure success.
  • Sales Management -- Conduct opportunity reviews, territory/account planning, customer engagement planning, and checkpoints throughout the sales lifecycle. Lead direct/indirect sales budgets, forecasts, pipeline development, and quota management. Utilize and build value in cross-organizational sales campaigns.
  • People Management -- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, mentor, retain, lead, and empower the sales team. Encourage/reward partnership between teams, encourage innovative ways to achieve goals, and support qualified risk-taking. Responsible for performance management of the team including target setting and resource planning.

All you need is…

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience: A minimum of 7 years professional sales, sales management, and/or account management experience in software, technology solutions, or system integration sales to the telecom industry.
  • Solid understanding in Telecom and Network, with knowledge in products & services.
  • Experience in developing new business in the Communications sector - sales record in OSS/5G network domain (Orchestration, Service Assurance & Network Inventory) solutions to Tier 1 accounts.
  • Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is needed.
  • Proven and established relationships with Executives (VP, C Level)
  • You should be a “hunter” with validated experience in running long, sophisticated B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a consistent track record of closing large-sophisticated deals.
