SAS team is looking for a bright, team player to join the Service Assurance line of business. This position offers a great opportunity to work on all aspects of the INS,Helix PM, NewTM project, assisting with design, implementation, testing and support of upcoming projects. As well, as being part of a dynamic team, who work closely with Teoco and its customers.

What will your job look like?

  • Development of software adaptors/drivers as per customer requests and Telecom designs.
  • Install, configure and support the customer solution
  • Support and testing of upgrade releases.
  • Support and guide customers remotely and onsite
  • Technically support presale and demo activities

All you need is...

Must Haves

  • Native Italian Speaker residing in Italy
  • BA Computer Science/IT engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar work
  • Coding capabilities in one language (C, C++, Java, or equivalent)
  • Excellent social skills for teamwork and customer interactions
  • Experience with Unix and SQL
  • Proactive, creative, and able to fit into a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple ongoing projects

Good To Have

  • Background in OSS, Telecom
  • Big data knowledge
  • Experience in a Delivery group and/or Telecom knowledge
  • Confident in presenting and training
