We are now seeking a dynamic, experienced Customer Business Executive responsible for continued account growth, delivery excellence and overall profitability for a leading tier-1 communications services provider!
What will your job look like?
- Serve as the trusted advisor and focal point for Amdocs services & solutions as well as be the voice of the customer within Amdocs.
- As a forward-thinking leader you’ll help define the innovative future of Amdocs service offerings with our top customers.
- Identify and address customers challenges and needs by optimally demonstrating Amdocs offerings and business value to lead account expansion and long-term business strategy.
- Drive growth into new buying centers (hunter) while maintaining and growing in existing areas (farmer).
- Ensure customer satisfaction of project deliveries, quality, timeline and budget.
- Collaborate and enable large, cross-matrixed teams to deliver excellence.
All you need is...
- Progressive business development and large total account leadership experience in telecom software and services solutions to communication service providers.
- To be a trusted executive-level partner to large customer accounts.
- Successful experience with P&L Management as well as preparing and executing the Annual Operating Plans.
- Strong financial background.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills.
