As a BI Analyst, you will analyze business needs, document requirements, design and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with teams to optimize processes and automate workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

What will your job look like?

• Analyze and document both business and technical requirements that align with the needs of the invoicing and treasury teams, providing high-level solutions that leverage product capabilities and best practices to drive business value.
• Advise teams and management on best practices, ensuring that solutions are optimized for reuse and deliver maximum business impact, while designing integrated solutions that meet operational needs based on pre-defined architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in reviews, offering technical perspectives, troubleshooting, and leading demonstrations of proposed solutions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and solution accuracy.
• Support development teams throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying requirements, adjusting to scope changes, prioritizing work, and approving completed stories and features during demonstrations.
• Communicate solutions effectively to business and IT personnel, ensuring clarity on the impact of new solutions on business processes, while also resolving configuration or implementation-related issues as they arise.
• Prepare and maintain solution-related documents and test plans; configure solutions when applicable and conduct thorough testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet business and operational needs.
• Identify gaps in current product capabilities and processes, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and better meet the team's needs.
  
  

All you need is...

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, SQL, VBA, and Macros.
• Advantageous skills: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting, and familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks for predictive analytics and AI-driven improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting large data sets to find trends and discrepancies.
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to present data findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
