- Financial Coordination
- Collaborate with finance on HR budgeting, cost reporting, and payroll reconciliation activities.
- Calculate severance packages and provide insights into labor costs to aid in financial decision-making.
- Assist in preparing HR financial forecasts and support cost-saving initiatives within the HR domain.
- Payroll Liaison
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and tax compliance across applicable regions.
- Coordinate with finance teams on necessary payroll filings and documentation to meet local and international standards.
- Support regular payroll audits, providing all required documentation and ensuring alignment with internal financial guidelines.
- Compliance & Audits
- Ensure payroll practices align with local and international tax, labor, and compliance regulations.
- Work with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and insights into HR financial practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, labor laws, and other compliance requirements impacting HR and payroll functions.
- Project Management
- Lead and coordinate HR-finance-related projects, such as payroll system upgrades and tax efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, finance, and IT teams to drive project timelines and ensure seamless integration of new systems or processes.
- Track and report project milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient resource utilization.
- Data Management & Process Improvement
- Manage HR financial data, ensuring accuracy across relevant systems and databases.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for payroll and HR financial operations, aiming for efficiency and enhanced compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce redundancy and improve data integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage large datasets.
