What will your job look like?

• Lead the process of developing meaningful insights and defining successful strategies
• Construct clear, simplified stories to solve complex business problems by applying consulting frameworks, methodologies, and structured processes
• Proactively and positively manage processes while working with cross-functional teams, while enabling all project team members to contribute positively.
• Be a thought leader in industry domains, speaking to high-level executives in various forums.
• Take a key role in managing and developing the Corporate Strategy team including internal processes such as training, recruiting, staffing, and coaching.
  
  

All you need is...

• At least 5 years of experience in business-related roles (business development, sales, operations, etc.), out of them 2-3 years in strategy consulting
• At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a team of consultants and analysts
• Experience in leading complex strategy consulting projects with top managements of large global enterprises
• Degree in a highly analytical field from a top university
