In one sentence

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist - Facilities Assistant to join our team at Amdocs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors and will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

What will your job look like?

  • Managing day to day access to the office for staff and visitors
  • Assist with office and facilities management tasks, including ordering supplies, ordering couriers, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and liaising with our vendors and building management.
  • Helping to co-ordinate office return and flex office usage for staff.
  • Focal point for Security/EHS/BCP for the site – training will be provided.
  • Managing internal office events to encourage office attendance and connect the Madrid teams together.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings (customer and internal)
  • Employee onboarding where needed.

All you need is...

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English language ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
