What will your job look like?
- Providing installation/maintenance/troubleshooting on HW systems and peripherals.
- Providing preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Carrying out IT asset management related tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with organisation policies, procedures and work instructions
- Providing technical support related to Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Managing the Lifecyle of all IT assets on your site including storage, inventory cunts and disposal
Must-Haves
- Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
- Familiar in supporting various Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, 10) and their basic services (DNS, DHCP, printing, ActiveDirectory, etc).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Microsoft Teams.
- Experience supporting all hardware across Windows platforms.
- Experience in managing IT assets
- ITIL certification
- Experience supporting all hardware across MAC OS platforms.
- Experience of / knowledge in Apple / MacBook / JAMF
- Experience as Field Support engineer.
