What you'll do:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including international trade, customs clearance, and domestic/international shipping.
• Liaise with internal teams to manage shipping schedules and provide regular delivery forecasts to customers.
• Handle documentation and compliance for triangular trade transactions.
• Supervise and collaborate with customs brokers to ensure efficient clearance processes across Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

What you'll need:

• 5–10 years of experience in international trade, customs clearance, and logistics operations; background in freight forwarding or logistics companies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Chinese customs procedures and international trade regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with hands-on knowledge of wafers, packaging, and chips.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills across written and verbal formats.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-border logistics and documentation.
