We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of development and operations practices, who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with software developers, QA teams, and Support to help automate and streamline our build and deployment processes, monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure smooth integration of code and infrastructure across the product lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes

  • Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using tools like Ansible or Terraform

  • Support cloud infrastructure management (OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Participate in debugging Infra issues and identifying root cause.

  • Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes

  • Learn and apply best practices in DevOps

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role (internships included)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms OpenStack, AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of scripting languages e.g. Python, Shell scripting or PowerShell

  • Good understanding of networking, Linux systems, and version control Git, SVN

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

  • Passion for quality and a strong sense of customer obsession

  • High aptitude for learning new technologies and solving problems creatively

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly and remain agile in response to frequent changes, unplanned tasks, and operational demands common in DevOps workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation

  • Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are fundamental.

  • JavaScript frameworks: Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js can be beneficial.

  • Exposure to agile and DevSecOps practices

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or DevOps tools are a plus
