<div> <section id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p></p> <h2>Job Description</h2> </div> <div> <p>REF: #001</p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance to the client’s team members on what techniques to apply as well as existing coding structures in programming and program coding;</li> <li>Configure application software by establishing performance parameters, and customizing details in order to achieve optimal technical performance; </li> <li>Monitor application load and software to achieve optimal technical performance; </li> <li>Any other Technical Architect related tasks requested by the client to support operations.</li> </ul> </div></section><section id="st-qualifications"><div> <p></p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> </div> <div><ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Architect</li> <li>Have a post-secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree)</li> <li>Experience developing MCSC HRMS software applications in the past 4 years (mandatory)</li> <li>Minimum 3 years experience in the past 6 years analyzing requirements and developing HRMS software applications</li> <li>Minimum 4 years experience in the past 7 years in data modeling and data integration using SQL Navigator</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing HRMS software applications</li> <li>Be able to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance and controlled goods certification </li> </ul></div></section><section id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p></p> <h2>Additional Information</h2> </div> <div> <div></div> <p><strong>Work-Life Balance</strong> </p> <p>We strongly support a healthy and productive work-life balance.
