Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Bilingual Marketing & Operations Manager to lead our Sponsorship Partner Marketing initiatives in Toronto. This is a 12-month contract and will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies for key sponsorship partners, leveraging both paid media and owned-channel tactics.   • Pay rate: $26.08/hour.

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

  • Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing strategies for key sponsorship partners, including the creation and management of TV signage, stadium signage, digital creatives, and key player promotions, in collaboration with creative teams and external agencies.

  • Execute effective paid media and owned-channel strategies (e.g., CRM, promotional offers) to maximize the reach and impact of partnership campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with the US&C Partnership Marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and execution.

  • Analyze the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Establish and streamline processes to facilitate seamless collaboration across teams, including US&C Brand Partnership Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Canada Eater & Merchant Operations Teams.


  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, partnership marketing, CRM marketing, or consumer operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns.

  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing external partnerships and agencies, with a demonstrated ability to drive results through collaboration.

  • Fluency in French and capable of writing marketing materials and copy.

  • High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

  • Based in Toronto and comfortable working from the office several days a week based on our hybrid work policy.
